Our Sales Team
One of the first things you will notice when working with our sales team is that they listen more than they talk. By asking questions, they insure that they fully understand your needs, and that the equipment you purchase is right for your organization. Built on repeat and referral business, our company is committed to honesty, integrity, and treating our customers the way we would want to be treated.
Our Service Department
Let’s face it, at some point in time all machines will need adjustment or repair. Each of our technicians is factory trained on every machine we sell. While it is expensive for us to do so, we feel it is necessary in order to provide our customers with the most knowledgeable technical support in the area.
Our service department maintains a complete parts and supply inventory in our Ridgeland warehouse. In the unlikely event we do not have a part, Toshiba will overnight it to us from its facility located next to the Fed Ex hub in Memphis.
We are especially proud of our quick response to your calls. The average time from when you place a service call to the time a technician arrives at your site? Usually less than 2 hours.
